Playa Azul Seafood & Mexican Restaurant

Stopped in not knowing what to expect, was pleasantly surprised. Menu is a little tough to read, but server said new, easier to read ones on the way. Food was LEGIT!!! I ordered the camarones a la plancha (grilled shrimp) and she ordered the filete empapalado (fried fish). One of the best tasting grilled shrimp I've ever had! Our server was very informative and friendly, thanks Ariagna! If you like seafood and want authentic flavors... stop in and enjoy!!

Birthday dinner for the win at Playa Azul Mariscos Estilo Sinaloa! Playa Azul is hands down the best spot for shrimp tacos in town! We ordered three plates of shrimp tacos (three tacos per plate), which are listed under appetizers, but honestly, we love tacos too much to care. We also tried the shrimp ceviche and their shrimp and cheese empanadas (four per order) as appetizers. Both were incredibly flavorful, but the empanadas were a standout for me—so delicious! My niece enjoyed the kids’ chicken quesadilla, and we couldn’t resist a side of fries, which were surprisingly excellent. The specialty cocktails were a treat as well. The Flamingo Mojitos and Costa de Oro were not only visually stunning but worth every penny. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed with a warm and inviting atmosphere. While Playa Azul is primarily a seafood restaurant, they’re planning to add more non-seafood options in the future. So if you’re a seafood lover, this is the place for you—but maybe skip it if you have a shellfish allergy! Highly recommend checking them out. Follow their page and make sure to stop by. Ordered the tilapia and the red snapper both were delicious meals for the two of us. Price were similar to a steakhouse but it was very delicious. Good atmosphere, we plan on going back again.

I Was out of town on a project and stopped at this location. Food was delicious and had the same taste like some of my local restaurants in Chicago and especially Mexico. Love the decorations inside. Best part was also the service was excellent and friendly.

We were in the area so we decided to stop in on a Sunday to give it a try. Not to many cars in the parking lot we ventured in... We were greeted upon entering and we were allowed to seat ourselves. Server was with us shortly after we found a table, there was a little but a a language barrier but we worked through it and everything came out like we asked and the service was excellent! Food had great flavor and rhe atmosphere was fun.. there was even singing !! Great place to go, food was good service was excellent Zero compaints!

Fantastic experience, my fiance and I went there on a whim since longhorn had too long of a wait and we will be coming back, I ordered the paella didn't know what I ordered before it came but received an amazing meal of fantastic rice with every kind of seafood in it you can think of. 10/10, cheaper than longhorn and authentic.

Found it..I have been searching for legit Mexican food since I moved away from Southern California. And this place has it. The environment is clean and nice. Food was absolutely amazing. Real carne asada real Mexican sauce. This is one of the best Mexican restaurants that I have ever had.

The music was very loud! The server had a bit of a language barrier, but we made it work. Food was fantastic!!! It was our first time there, and it was delicious and a nice portion!!!
